The degree of depth depends on your question. In practice we experience that the areas below can also overlap, but they do not have to. Every person has their own personality, needs and ambitions. These can also change over time. That is why a coaching process is always tailor-made.

Career coaching

With career coaching you give direction to your career and / or you work on the development of yourself in your career. This can be within your current work, but also in a different environment. Career coaching helps you with questions such as:

Life coaching

Life coaching is about quality of life, happiness in life. You need reflection time, you need to create clarity for yourself and you want something to change. With life coaching you establish clarity on life questions.

  • Where does this inner turmoil come from?
  • What really makes me happy?
  • How can I better deal with setbacks in my life?
  • How would I like to live?
  • How do I give my life more meaning?

What gives you energy, what inspires you?  What is life really about for you? Researching and understanding what is important to you and why lays a foundation for your further search. Ultimately, this translates into your daily practice. For example, to a new job or a different way of leading your life.

Leadership coaching

Leadership is about developing a plan of action and motivating and directing/guiding others, the ability to delegate. You always take yourself with you, so your leadership is essentially about who you are and how you come across, take others with you and connect with others. Our coaching is aimed at you learning to recognize stress signals and stress complaints and how you can reduce these complaints. You will also get started with your own (obstructive) thoughts and with creating an overview for yourself.
