Recording and use of personal data

We only use data that you explicitly and voluntarily provide. We only use personal data for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You pass on personal data when you:

• are a customer and provide assignments or company data in the context of the coaching

Telos Coaching does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use a retention period of 5 years for your client file. We use a period of 7 years for the general personal data for the tax authorities.
